The top 10 companies in terms of transactions on this day were Shinepukur Ceramics, Midland Bank, Brac Bank, Beach Hatchery, S Alam Steel, NRB Bank, Sonargaon Textiles, City Bank, Orion Infusion, and Fu Wang Food. Over in the other stock market, the Chittagong Stock Exchange, the overall index, the CASPI, fell by 91 points to stand at 13,293 points on Saturday. Transactions of shares and units worth 4 crore 19 lakh taka were made in CSE on this day, which is like almost 3 crore taka less than the previous day.
